At Zynbe, we want you to shop with confidence. If something is not right with your order, we will do our best to make it right.

3-Day Return & Exchange Window

You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.

The request must be submitted within this 3-day period. The product does not need to reach us within 3 days, as courier pickup and delivery times may vary.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

• A damaged or defective product
• The wrong product
• The wrong size due to an error from Zynbe
• A product different from what you ordered

you may request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery.

In these cases:

• Zynbe will cover the applicable return and redelivery charges.
• You will not need to pay any delivery charge.
• You may request a replacement, exchange, or eligible refund.

Please provide photos or videos of the product when submitting your request.

Size Exchange

If you received the exact size you ordered but it does not fit as expected, you may request a size exchange within 3 days, subject to availability.

For customer-requested size exchanges:

• The product must meet our return conditions.
• The customer will need to pay 50% of the applicable delivery charge for the exchange.

If Zynbe sent the wrong size, the exchange will be completely free.

Change-of-Mind Returns

If you simply change your mind after receiving your order, you may request a return within 3 days of delivery.

For change-of-mind returns:

• The customer is responsible for the applicable return delivery charge.
• The return delivery charge may be deducted from the refund amount.
• The original delivery charge, where applicable, is non-refundable.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must be:

• Unused and unworn
• Unwashed
• Free from stains, perfume, makeup, or other marks
• Unaltered and undamaged
• Returned with its original tags, packaging, and accessories, where applicable

Zynbe reserves the right to reject a return or exchange if the product does not meet these conditions.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To submit a request, contact Zynbe through our official customer support channel within 3 days of receiving your order.

Please provide:

• Your order number
• Name and phone number
• Product name
• Reason for the return or exchange
• Photos or videos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for the return process through our delivery partner.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed through the available refund method.

For returns caused by a Zynbe error, no return delivery charge will be deducted.

For customer-requested returns, applicable return delivery charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method.

Important Notes

Returns and exchanges are subject to product availability and inspection.

Certain products may not be eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene, safety, or promotional reasons. Any such restriction will be clearly mentioned on the relevant product page.

Zynbe reserves the right to refuse repeated, excessive, or suspicious return requests where misuse of the return policy is reasonably suspected.

রিটার্ন ও এক্সচেঞ্জ পলিসি

Zynbe-এ আমরা চাই আপনি নিশ্চিন্তে কেনাকাটা করুন। আপনার অর্ডারে কোনো সমস্যা হলে আমরা সেটি সমাধান করার সর্বোচ্চ চেষ্টা করব।

৩ দিনের রিটার্ন ও এক্সচেঞ্জ সুবিধা

পণ্য হাতে পাওয়ার পর ৩ দিনের মধ্যে আপনি রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জের জন্য আবেদন করতে পারবেন।

এই ৩ দিনের মধ্যে শুধু রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জের আবেদনটি করতে হবে। কুরিয়ার পিকআপ বা ডেলিভারিতে সময় লাগতে পারে, তাই পণ্যটি ৩ দিনের মধ্যেই আমাদের কাছে পৌঁছাতে হবে—এমন নয়।

ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত, ত্রুটিপূর্ণ বা ভুল পণ্য

আপনি যদি পান:

• ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা ত্রুটিপূর্ণ পণ্য
• ভুল পণ্য
• Zynbe-এর ভুলের কারণে ভুল সাইজ
• অর্ডার করা পণ্যের পরিবর্তে অন্য কোনো পণ্য

তাহলে ডেলিভারির ৩ দিনের মধ্যে রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জের আবেদন করতে পারবেন।

এই ক্ষেত্রে:

• রিটার্ন এবং পুনরায় ডেলিভারির প্রযোজ্য চার্জ Zynbe বহন করবে।
• আপনাকে কোনো ডেলিভারি চার্জ দিতে হবে না।
• আপনি রিপ্লেসমেন্ট, এক্সচেঞ্জ অথবা প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে রিফান্ড চাইতে পারবেন।

আবেদন করার সময় পণ্যের ছবি বা ভিডিও দেওয়ার অনুরোধ করা হতে পারে।

সাইজ এক্সচেঞ্জ

আপনি অর্ডার করা সঠিক সাইজটি পেয়েছেন, কিন্তু সেটি আপনার ফিট না হলে, পণ্য হাতে পাওয়ার ৩ দিনের মধ্যে সাইজ এক্সচেঞ্জের আবেদন করতে পারবেন। এক্সচেঞ্জটি পণ্যের স্টক থাকার ওপর নির্ভর করবে।

গ্রাহকের অনুরোধে সাইজ এক্সচেঞ্জের ক্ষেত্রে:

• পণ্যটি আমাদের রিটার্ন শর্ত পূরণ করতে হবে।
• গ্রাহককে প্রযোজ্য ডেলিভারি চার্জের ৫০% বহন করতে হবে।

তবে Zynbe থেকে ভুল সাইজ পাঠানো হলে এক্সচেঞ্জটি সম্পূর্ণ ফ্রি হবে।

মত পরিবর্তনের কারণে রিটার্ন

পণ্য হাতে পাওয়ার পর আপনার মত পরিবর্তন হলে, ডেলিভারির ৩ দিনের মধ্যে রিটার্নের আবেদন করতে পারবেন।

এই ক্ষেত্রে:

• প্রযোজ্য রিটার্ন ডেলিভারি চার্জ গ্রাহককে বহন করতে হবে।
• রিটার্ন ডেলিভারি চার্জ রিফান্ডের টাকা থেকে কেটে নেওয়া হতে পারে।
• আগে পরিশোধ করা মূল ডেলিভারি চার্জ, প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে, ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।

রিটার্নের শর্ত

রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জের জন্য পণ্যটি হতে হবে:

• অব্যবহৃত এবং না-পরা
• না-ধোয়া
• দাগ, পারফিউম, মেকআপ বা অন্য কোনো চিহ্নমুক্ত
• পরিবর্তন না করা এবং অক্ষত
• মূল ট্যাগ, প্যাকেজিং এবং প্রযোজ্য অ্যাক্সেসরিজসহ

পণ্যটি এসব শর্ত পূরণ না করলে Zynbe রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জের আবেদন বাতিল করার অধিকার রাখে।

কীভাবে রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জের আবেদন করবেন

অর্ডার হাতে পাওয়ার ৩ দিনের মধ্যে Zynbe-এর অফিসিয়াল কাস্টমার সাপোর্ট চ্যানেলের মাধ্যমে যোগাযোগ করুন।

অনুগ্রহ করে দিন:

• অর্ডার নম্বর
• নাম ও ফোন নম্বর
• পণ্যের নাম
• রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জের কারণ
• পণ্য ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত, ত্রুটিপূর্ণ বা ভুল হলে ছবি বা ভিডিও

আপনার আবেদন অনুমোদিত হলে আমাদের ডেলিভারি পার্টনারের মাধ্যমে রিটার্নের পরবর্তী নির্দেশনা জানানো হবে।

রিফান্ড

রিটার্ন করা পণ্যটি হাতে পাওয়ার পর পরীক্ষা করে অনুমোদিত রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া করা হবে।

Zynbe-এর ভুলের কারণে রিটার্ন হলে কোনো রিটার্ন ডেলিভারি চার্জ কাটা হবে না।

গ্রাহকের অনুরোধে করা রিটার্নের ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য ডেলিভারি চার্জ রিফান্ডের টাকা থেকে কেটে নেওয়া হতে পারে।

পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতির ওপর নির্ভর করে রিফান্ড সম্পন্ন হতে কিছু সময় লাগতে পারে।

গুরুত্বপূর্ণ তথ্য

রিটার্ন এবং এক্সচেঞ্জ পণ্যের স্টক এবং ইনস্পেকশনের ওপর নির্ভরশীল।

স্বাস্থ্যবিধি, নিরাপত্তা অথবা বিশেষ অফারের কারণে কিছু পণ্য রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জযোগ্য নাও হতে পারে। এমন কোনো শর্ত থাকলে সংশ্লিষ্ট পণ্যের পেজে তা পরিষ্কারভাবে উল্লেখ করা হবে।

রিটার্ন পলিসির অপব্যবহার সন্দেহ হলে Zynbe পুনঃপুন, অতিরিক্ত বা সন্দেহজনক রিটার্ন আবেদন প্রত্যাখ্যান করার অধিকার রাখে।
