At ZynBe, we are committed to providing a smooth, reliable, and hassle-free shopping experience for customers across Bangladesh.

Order Confirmation

After placing an order, our team will review the details and contact the customer for confirmation. Once the order is confirmed, it will be processed and handed over to our delivery partner for shipment.

Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver products throughout Bangladesh, including:

  • Inside Dhaka
  • Outside Dhaka

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the customer's location and product availability.

  • Inside Dhaka: 2–4 working days
  • Outside Dhaka: 3–7 working days

Please note that delivery may take longer during public holidays, adverse weather conditions, courier delays, or due to vendor processing time.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated based on location, order size, and package weight.

  • Inside Dhaka: ৳70
  • Outside Dhaka: ৳120

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery service across Bangladesh. Customers are requested to keep the exact payable amount ready at the time of delivery.

Currently, we accept payments through:

  • bKash
  • Rocket

Important Note

For deliveries outside Dhaka, customers are required to pay the delivery charge in advance via bKash before the order is dispatched.

ZynBe-এ আমরা বাংলাদেশের সকল গ্রাহকদের জন্য সহজ, নির্ভরযোগ্য এবং ঝামেলামুক্ত শপিং অভিজ্ঞতা নিশ্চিত করতে কাজ করি।

অর্ডার কনফার্মেশন

অর্ডার করার পর আমাদের টিম আপনার অর্ডারটি যাচাই করবে এবং কনফার্মেশনের জন্য আপনার সাথে যোগাযোগ করবে। অর্ডার নিশ্চিত হওয়ার পর ডেলিভারি প্রক্রিয়া শুরু করা হবে।

ডেলিভারি এলাকা

আমরা বর্তমানে সারা বাংলাদেশে ডেলিভারি করে থাকি:

  • ঢাকার ভিতরে
  • ঢাকার বাইরে

ডেলিভারি সময়

সম্ভাব্য ডেলিভারি সময়:

  • ঢাকার ভিতরে: ২–৪ কার্যদিবস
  • ঢাকার বাইরে: ৩–৭ কার্যদিবস

তবে পণ্যের স্টক, কুরিয়ার সমস্যা, আবহাওয়া, সরকারি ছুটি বা লোকেশনের কারণে ডেলিভারিতে কিছুটা দেরি হতে পারে।

ডেলিভারি চার্জ

  • ঢাকার ভিতরে: ৭০ টাকা
  • ঢাকার বাইরে: ১২০ টাকা

অর্ডারের পরিমাণ ও ওজন অনুযায়ী ডেলিভারি চার্জ পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।

ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (COD)

সারা বাংলাদেশে ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি সুবিধা রয়েছে। ডেলিভারির সময় অনুগ্রহ করে নির্ধারিত টাকা প্রস্তুত রাখবেন।

ঢাকার বাইরে ডেলিভারির ক্ষেত্রে, অর্ডার কনফার্ম হওয়ার পর আগে ডেলিভারি চার্জ bKash-এর মাধ্যমে পরিশোধ করতে হবে।
