Welcome to ZynBe. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to follow the terms and conditions mentioned below. These terms are designed to ensure a safe and smooth shopping experience for all customers.

1. Product Information

We try our best to provide accurate product descriptions, images, colors, and sizes. However, slight differences may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or manufacturing variations.

2. Order Confirmation

All orders are subject to confirmation and product availability. ZynBe reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order if necessary.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Prices and offers may change at any time without prior notice.

We currently accept:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • bKash
  • Rocket

4. Delivery

Delivery time may vary depending on location, courier service, weather, holidays, or product availability. Customers must provide accurate delivery information to avoid delays.

5. Return & Exchange

Customers must report any wrong, damaged, defective, or size-related issue within 3 days of receiving the product. Products must remain unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

7. User Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing correct information including name, address, and contact number while placing an order.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on ZynBe including logo, images, designs, text, and graphics are the property of ZynBe. Copying or using any content without permission is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

ZynBe will not be responsible for delays or losses caused by courier services, incorrect customer information, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control.

10. Changes to Terms

ZynBe reserves the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

শর্তাবলী ও নিয়মনীতি

ZynBe ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার বা অর্ডার করার মাধ্যমে আপনি নিচের শর্তাবলীর সাথে সম্মত হচ্ছেন। আমাদের লক্ষ্য সকল গ্রাহকের জন্য নিরাপদ ও সহজ শপিং অভিজ্ঞতা নিশ্চিত করা।

১. পণ্যের তথ্য

আমরা পণ্যের সঠিক ছবি, বর্ণনা, রং ও সাইজ দেওয়ার চেষ্টা করি। তবে আলো, ডিভাইসের ডিসপ্লে বা প্রস্তুতজনিত কারণে সামান্য পার্থক্য থাকতে পারে।

২. অর্ডার নিশ্চিতকরণ

সব অর্ডার পণ্যের স্টক ও যাচাইয়ের উপর নির্ভরশীল। প্রয়োজনে ZynBe যেকোনো অর্ডার বাতিল বা প্রত্যাখ্যান করার অধিকার রাখে।

৩. মূল্য ও পেমেন্ট

সব মূল্য বাংলাদেশি টাকায় (BDT) উল্লেখ করা হয়। পূর্ব ঘোষণা ছাড়াই মূল্য বা অফার পরিবর্তন হতে পারে।

আমরা বর্তমানে গ্রহণ করি:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • bKash
  • Rocket

৪. ডেলিভারি

লোকেশন, কুরিয়ার সমস্যা, আবহাওয়া বা সরকারি ছুটির কারণে ডেলিভারিতে সময় বেশি লাগতে পারে। দ্রুত ডেলিভারির জন্য সঠিক ঠিকানা ও ফোন নম্বর প্রদান করুন।

৫. রিটার্ন ও এক্সচেঞ্জ

ভুল, ড্যামেজড, ত্রুটিপূর্ণ বা সাইজ সংক্রান্ত সমস্যা হলে পণ্য পাওয়ার ৩ দিনের মধ্যে জানাতে হবে। পণ্য অবশ্যই অব্যবহৃত, অক্ষত এবং ট্যাগসহ থাকতে হবে।

৬. অর্ডার বাতিল

অর্ডার ডিসপ্যাচ হওয়ার আগে পর্যন্ত বাতিল করা যাবে। ডিসপ্যাচ হওয়ার পর বাতিল সম্ভব নাও হতে পারে।

৭. গ্রাহকের দায়িত্ব

অর্ডার করার সময় সঠিক নাম, ঠিকানা ও মোবাইল নম্বর প্রদান করা গ্রাহকের দায়িত্ব।

৮. কপিরাইট ও মালিকানা

ZynBe-এর লোগো, ছবি, ডিজাইন, লেখা ও অন্যান্য কনটেন্টের সম্পূর্ণ মালিকানা ZynBe-এর। অনুমতি ছাড়া এসব ব্যবহার বা কপি করা নিষিদ্ধ।

৯. দায় সীমাবদ্ধতা

কুরিয়ার বিলম্ব, ভুল তথ্য, প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ বা নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরে কোনো কারণে হওয়া ক্ষতির জন্য ZynBe দায়ী থাকবে না।

১০. শর্ত পরিবর্তন

প্রয়োজনে ZynBe যেকোনো সময় এই শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন বা আপডেট করতে পারবে।
