Return & Exchange Policy

At ZynBe, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a wrong, damaged, defective, or broken product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with proper photos/videos and order details. We will review the issue and arrange an exchange or refund if applicable.

For size-related exchange, customers inside Dhaka can request an exchange within 3 days if the product is unused, unwashed, and has original tags and packaging intact. Outside Dhaka, size exchange is generally not available after accepting delivery, so customers are requested to check the product carefully before receiving it.

Used, washed, altered, customized, clearance, innerwear, hygiene-sensitive items, and products without tags or packaging are not eligible for return or exchange.

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

রিটার্ন ও এক্সচেঞ্জ পলিসি

ZynBe-এ আমরা গ্রাহকের সন্তুষ্টিকে গুরুত্ব দিই। ভুল, ভাঙা, ড্যামেজড বা ত্রুটিপূর্ণ পণ্য পেলে ডেলিভারির ৩ দিনের মধ্যে অর্ডার নম্বরসহ ছবি/ভিডিও দিয়ে আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন। সমস্যা যাচাই করার পর প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী এক্সচেঞ্জ বা রিফান্ডের ব্যবস্থা করা হবে।

সাইজ সংক্রান্ত এক্সচেঞ্জ শুধুমাত্র ঢাকার ভিতরে ৩ দিনের মধ্যে করা যাবে, যদি পণ্যটি অব্যবহৃত থাকে এবং ট্যাগ ও প্যাকেজিং অক্ষত থাকে। ঢাকার বাইরে ডেলিভারির ক্ষেত্রে পণ্য গ্রহণের পর সাধারণত সাইজ এক্সচেঞ্জ প্রযোজ্য নয়, তাই ডেলিভারির সময় পণ্য ভালোভাবে দেখে নেওয়ার অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে।

ব্যবহৃত, ধোয়া, পরিবর্তিত, কাস্টমাইজড, ক্লিয়ারেন্স, ইননারওয়্যার বা ট্যাগ/প্যাকেজিং ছাড়া পণ্য রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জযোগ্য নয়।

অর্ডার ডিসপ্যাচ হওয়ার আগে পর্যন্ত ক্যানসেল করা যাবে। ডিসপ্যাচ হওয়ার পর ক্যানসেল সম্ভব নাও হতে পারে।
